Went out over the weekend and got one of those newfangled modems that can handle up to 686Mbps speed. Unplugged my old modem, plugged the new one in and screwed in the cable, plugged in the ethernet cable and called TWC. 7.5 minutes later it’s running.
NOT at the higher speed because TWC has not turned it on here. Shelby Park on the Old Lousville side. The helpful CSR said it was scheduled in my area on or before May 5 and I should not have to do anything to make it run. Better than my 16+ I am getting now when it happens. Richard D.
