Thanks Bill, You've given me a lot of places to look. Hopefully I'll be able to figure it out and make my life easier.
I tend to use Mail as a filing cabinet of correspondence that I want to save fore some reason. Probably should try and find out if there is an easy way to save and file mail outside of mail.
