It depends on what kind of “cleaning” you want to do, John.

I have great luck with a bottle of Windex and a few paper towels now and then.

I am not familiar with “Disk Cleaner” (as I don’t use any tool like that), but 
you might want to try with some more, um, “open source” advice on what to do. 
Educate yourself on the possibilities and see if this article alone gets you 
where you want to be.
