Yes, I do leave it plugged in at both places. I very rarely use it unplugged.

Hmmm, you may be on to something. I just clicked on my battery icon in the menu 
bar and it says “Condition: Replace Now.” I never noticed that before. 

How does one replace a battery in the newer laptops?
