Perhaps, but I have no complaints about Time Warner broadband. I have my own Motorola Surfboard modem and a Netgear Nighthawk X6 router. My service is rock solid and I’ve never rebooted either the modem or router because of slowdowns. They run for months at a time with no problems. We’ll see if the new ownership messes things up. L^2
