Tom, Here is a link for various boot combinations, not sure what you might have…possibly an install DVD, booting by holding down the “C” key and once started go into the Disk Utility…if DiskWarrior, or TechTools Pro….all will allow you to boot into the Utility where the drive can be erased, reformatted and install an operating system…
