Almost certainly spam. Even if you were expecting a parcel delivery it would 
contain more specific information than this, such as the name of the delivery 
company, the tracking number, etc.

I would never open any attached .zip file unless I was certain that it was 
coming from a trusted source, and even then, if it came unexpectedly I would 
verify that the trusted source actually sent it.
