Jane, I avoid anything that requires I install Flash, so I can’t see the test on that site. Try this one and let us know what it says: http://beta.speedtest.net I know it works because I use it all the time and it’s usually spot on for both of my internet connections. First thing, though: please reboot your cable modem. If you can’t figure out how to reboot it, simply unplug it from power for at least 10 seconds and then plug it back in. If the lights don’t go out when you unplug it you will need to figure out how to take the battery out, as well. Let us know. Thanks!
