In the story “Little Red Ridding Hood”, when the Wolf is banished and Grandma is recovering and talking to Little Red Riding Hood Grandma says…..There there child, you’ve learned an important lesson…… John Tests Find Apple’s Laptop Battery Life Claims Are The Most Accurate By Tyler Lee <http://www.ubergizmo.com/tylerlee/>on 03/31/2017 18:18 PDT When it comes to laptop battery life, manufacturers make all sorts of claims, presumably to attract customers, but whether or not you’ll actually get those advertised battery life numbers is a different story. So the question is, which laptop manufacturer is the most “truthful” when it comes to their claims? In a test conducted by Which? <http://www.which.co.uk/news/2017/03/which-laptop-battery-tests-manufacturers-overstate/>, it turns out that Apple is the most truthful. As you can see in the infographic above, Which? tested the battery life of several brands, such as Acer, Apple, ASUS, Dell, HP, Lenovo, and Toshiba. According to their testing methods, “We don’t simply trust battery capacity claims: we actually drain the whole battery from start to finish, several times over, during various tasks. One test involves watching films until the battery finally shuts down, another continually browsing websites over wi-fi.” In their tests, they found that Apple’s MacBooks actually provided slightly more battery life than what was advertised, while laptops from Dell and HP had battery life that was almost half of what was promised.
