I got Weather Radio from the iTunes App Store whenever it first came out. It's still there, so I know no more than what you would find there. Other notes: When I got the app, it was new and free (this was many years ago). I see that there are now free and paid versions, but I cannot offer any advice about the difference. I have version 3.0.5 (5784), but there is nothing that says anything about paid vs. free. My version runs on iOS 10.3 no problem, though I see that there are reviews complaining about it crashing on startup. I've never had any problems.
