I am ocd. Everytime I put gasoline in the car I check my mpg. Why you may ask, 
I figure if there is a significant reduction in mpg, then there might be 
something wrong with the car. Mind you, after, 20 years of doing this I’ve 
never had a significant reduction in mpg.

Anyway, that’s beside the point.

When I compute the mpg I use the calculator app on my cellphone.

Two days ago, while at the gas station my iphone tells me “based on my location 
I use the calculator app.”

I don’t know if that’s good or bad, but it is a tad scary.
