True Bill, that’s completely at the feet of our legislator’s, the highest 
corporate tax on the PLANET other than a couple other countries…so, Apple has 
to compete with Samsung for instance.  

They both make a phone for $100.00, Samsung pays a tax of 10%, Apple pays a tax 
of 35% to 38%, who has the advantage?  

If we want any company to compete the playing field has to be level and hitting 
Apple with a 25% disadvantage will mean either they sell fewer products or 
their margins will be cut so low they can’t fund R&D, advertising, and all the 
other expenses to run a company.

All any company wants is to play the game with the same rules…if the tax rules 
change you’ll see a lot of companies move money back home….for some reason the 
folks that have been running the country can’t get past Economics 101.
