This is just a standard header for a Win32 file. I don’t see any indication 
there is an archive buried below.

PS/ As a point of trivia, the MZ at the beginning stands for Mark Zbikowski, a 
former Microsoft guy who designed the first Windows linker. His initials are in 
almost every Windows program.
