No direct ISP advice to recommend other than just use internet only (no bundled 
services), so perhaps you could go with some option of SlingTV 
(https://www.sling.com, basic pkg. is $20 mo.) for non-local programs plus a 
home digital antenna for local programs (maybe $25), and use a simple cable 
toggle switch to go back-and-forth between them, unless you like switching 
cables by hand all the time.
