I’ve looked at a few chargers and they don’t seem to have wattage ratings - I 
see listings like this: 20000mAh

I saw one that had several photos of the item and in one of the photos it said  
“Triple-device charging - 30W of power ensures high-speed multi-device 
charging.” This item was rated at 26800mAh

A quick google search tells me mAh stands for milli Ampere hour which is a 
measure of the battery’s energy storage capacity. The higher the mAh rating the 
more energy it can store.

Nowhere else in the description of the item did it mentioned wattage.

I looked up the syncwire charger you mentioned and I think I will get one but 
my original question is about portable batteries that will charge your device 
when on the go like on a long flight when your iPad is running out of battery 
power and there is not electrical outlet to charge the device.
