Are you trying to get back into your files, or are you trying to get back into 
the business of graphic design? You can just use your old machine to open your 
old files. If you want to USE them, then that’s a different story. 

Forget about QuarkXpress. InDesign is the new king of the hill now. You can get 
the whole Adobe Suite for a monthly fee now, so you always have the latest and 
they will all run on the very latest hardware.

If you don’t want to come all the way up to current stuff, you can get anything 
you want at Alice’s… er, I mean, on eBay, although they won’t be cheap if they 
are very recent.

Is this just a nostalgia trip or are you actually trying to do productive work 
with graphics?
