Totally, but be prepared for 30 minutes of steady, careful, intricate (and nerve-wracking, if you’re not the Super[Fix-It]Man type) work. Make sure you buy the kits that come with all the tools, if you don’t already have them. The pentalobe screwdriver is not something you find in any old tool box. Also, I find the instructions on the iFixIt site the best because of the high-resolution photos that you can blow up. Really helps. There are also plenty of videos on YouTube that will walk you through the whole thing. And the 5s is a very nice phone. I still have one I use for audio and video recording when I need a separate device.
