Anne,

Are you still using aye.net?  Possibly something is going on with them.  Do you 
have an iPhone or iPad, the emails should still be on those devices since they 
use POP email, wiping out of one device will still leave the email on the 
others.  

I would call them, their tech support was always helpful.
