I was out of town over the weekend and my router went out. I rebooted it, then 
turned on my computers. 

They seemed to be connecting to the internet very slowly even though I have 
fiber so I ran speed tests using to different sites

The results were less than 10MBPS for both upload and download. I disconnected 
PIA and the results were in the 90s-100s+. I reconnected PIA to a different 
location and the results were better but still not great.

Within the PIA app menu I clicked on “Send slow speed complaint.” 

Why is PIA slowing my connection so much? And can I do anything about it?
