This week I needed help with a Mini, I went back and found an email where Harry gave great reviews of TechRestore….4036 Taylorysville Rd….502-398-6456.
Fantastic folks, I had no idea they go back with MacTown and MacAuthority as far as I went…they knew all the folks, in fact they were in the back working as I was out front kicking the tires…. For some reason they like Harry and Jonathan, and when I mentioned that I thought bunches of these guys they didn’t hold it against me. They fixed the problem while I waited… I told them I would let this group know how well they did, and if there are any problems that Apple can’t repair these men know it all…. They also do business all over the country, there were having 80 units shipped in from Oregon, another 40 from Washington, in fact they do work for about every state. Keep them in mind, they know our products and they are good people… One final note, they also repair Chromebooks…and I learned why these products are quite cheap to purchase. The equivalent of an iPad has NO internal storage, it’s ALL done in the cloud….they have a motherboard, the screen, and the battery. Also, to open one for repair this is done by taking fingernails and pulling the device apart…no screws hold it together….they make it as cheaply as possible so the schools will lap them up, which they do.. It’s good for repair firms, they have tons of work due to their construction but hard for Apple to compete with such lack of quality.
