It was just a few months ago the Apple AirPods were in short supply, weeks of waiting….
Many times the iPhone has a large wait time, the X wait was originally 5 weeks… The AppleWatch was also on an initial wait, even now I read where the product is in tremendous demand. Today I was at Apple getting an OS installed on two older Mini’s…it’s difficult when Apple removes previous operating systems once a new is introduced…the older Mini’s can’t run High Sierra…. So, a trip to the Genius bar where they updated both with the latest operating system the machine could use…. While there I ask about the AppleTV 4k 64 gig…. The business rep. I work with assured me they were in the back…. Egg on face, seems the only way to order is Online AND the wait is……..5 weeks!!! I wonder if they only produce a couple per day or is Apple finding that this product is also another the public is gobbling up.
