I thought I would bring the group up to date on Photos…. The last count I saw was over 38 days, I decided to give the disk a break and close the program…I had looked on line and many others had talked about the amount of time it took for fewer than the number of Photos I was going through.
A couple days later I thought I would let it continue and I started Photos…. not really..it would not start, I had to use “Force Quit”… I tried this several times, no deal…I thought I was in trouble. I decided to run DiskWarrior across all the 4 disk in the machine and the TimeMachine… Bless that program, it’s magical, all is well and Photos is off and running on additional scans…. Whew…don’t forget about this program, it takes care of our Mac’s Directory and has bailed me out of many messes...
