Hello folks & friends,I'm seeing a "B grade" iPad 4 (part # listed in the subject line), 9.7", 16 GB, A6, 1.4 GHz, iOS 10 for $87. Is that reasonable? Should I spend more and go with something faster in a tablet this size?Thanks much!Jeff Slyn
