My client brought over his iPad yesterday. As some of you know, I'm not a Mac expert and appreciate everyone who posts here. Any time he opens Safari, it goes to safarimaintenance.com which must be a rogue website. Obviously, he has a touch screen but anytime I try to type in the browser, it won't accept anything on screen. Plus, if I click on the other choices, nothing happens. He has a wireless keyboard to go with it but it's a Windows keyboard! LOL but true. I'd love to put Malwarebytes AntiMalware on it but no USB port for me to transfer. Can I download from Malwarebytes site or do I have to go through the Apple Store App? The iPad had OS 12.1.3 waiting so I plugged the unit in and told it to download & install. Hope that was a right decision. How do I go about closing everything he has open to free up his RAM and how do I remove all cache from Safari so there won't be anymore safarimaintenance.com? Thanks in advance for your help! Jeff
