Anyone have iPad Pro go to Apple store when hitting message in dock? Will not close. Have to reboot to get rid of it. Still in warranty but Apple help said I should reset to factory settings and not restore from a backup as that might be where problem resides. That advice does not seem reasonable to me. Any ideas?
