I guess the key to others managing the server and list would be security…who has access to the server, anyone at the employment or home where it’s located?
What firewall systems are in place to protect our list from outside sources? What backup (UPS) systems are in place to keep it running during power outages? What backups are kept of the list? Offsite? Who has authority to make changes, add a user, delete users that no longer want to be included? These were all handled by Lee, I’m sure the U of L Servers had the best protection available we would need the same at the new location.
