Are you using the new Mach-II dashboard?

It's a fantastic way to reload individual listeners/plugins/filters,
or your model independent from the Mach-II portion of your app.
I have found it to be very helpful and would recommend you give it a
shot.

Oh wait.... you're saying you need the USER to be able to reload the
app?  Hmm.... not sure on that one.  Maybe there's another way to
architect that portion of the app?  If I'm not mistaken, the
functionality you're looking for is not in Mach-II as (from what I
recall from an earlier discussion) dynamically determining which
classes to load would be just as intensive (or more so) than reloading
the whole app.
