I changed to the coldSpringProperty and I think it is working but I am
receiving another error:

There is no machii.framework.plugin directory in the framework. Am I
supposed to create this directory move all of the plugins into it?

You should be using the ColdSpring Property instead of the plugin. The
plugin is quite old and was managed by the ColdSpring folks. The
property is managed by us so we have more control over what it does and
when it gets updated. Also if you use the property you can take
advantage of things like "depends" in your Mach-II objects.
