What version of Mach-II are you using? If you are using 1.8 or higher, trying dumping:
<cfdump var="#getProxy().getOriginalParameters()#"/> If this is an empty struct, then you must not be reloading the application. If you are reloading an individual component using the dashboard, the original version of the XML file that was used at startup.
