How do you submit a topic if you don't have a Facebook or Twitter
account, or don't want to give that info out?

reply. The cf.Objective() version of Engage does not show the
submitter, vote tallies or descriptions (don't know why they took
those features out). We'd like to know what you submitted so other
Mach-IIers can vote on those topics if they wish. Take the time to
vote or sumit a topic now before it's too late!
