We are also getting this a few times a day. I am not sure if it started after upgrading to Mach II v1.8 or if it was around before that. I thought it was unique to our environment though, so I would be curious if it is a Mach-II specific bug or something. I don't think we are doing anything with cookies and redirect event info though. Maybe next time I see it I can do some more debugging with that in mind.
