What are you're memory settings? It's probably not the BER because
nothing core has changed. More than likely you were already close to
the memory limits and adding in some REST stuff pushed you over the edge.

believe). I also experienced the same issues a couple months ago when
I tried it.
Anyway, we have a pretty large MachII app, and it hasn't had any
problems running on 1.9 (integrity) and prior, but when I upgrade to
BER and reload the application, I get out of memory errors.
Has anyone else seen this, or have any idea what the bottleneck might be?
