Product Description:
VCDGear is a tool for coping with the various MPEG formats encoded on a variety
of media and platforms. VCDGear is *not* an MPEG encoder; rather, it has the ability
to parse a variety of MPEG-enabled formats and build a few as well. It is specifically
designed for use with VCD products - for the purposes of MPEG extraction and VCD
authoring. Therefore, VCDGear cannot serve as a universal MPEG tool, since some
MPEG formats are not VCD-compatible.
