X-Rite and ATI are working on a fix to this problem, and hope for a
resolution soon.
Work-around
There is a potential workaround for those of you moving between OSX and OS9.
This bug does not occur when calibrating your monitor in the Classic
compatibility mode under OSX. You should be able to calibrate your monitor
under OSX and then switch back to OS9. Upon rebooting into OS9 the new
calibration and profile will be loaded.
