Hello, i need to disable HDMI on the BBB to use the GPIO Pins but HDMIN wont get disabled.
in the uenv file i wrote "optargs=quiet drm.debug=7 capemgr.disable_partno=BB-BONELT-HDMI,BB-BONELT-HDMIN" and verified using "cat /sys/devices/bone_capemgr.*/slots" and that gave me: 0: 54:PF--- 1: 55:PF--- 2: 56:PF--- 3: 57:PF--- 4: ff:P-O-L Bone-LT-eMMC-2G,00A0,Texas Instrument,BB-BONE-EMMC-2G 5: ff:P-O-- Bone-Black-HDMI,00A0,Texas Instrument,BB-BONELT-HDMI 6: ff_P-O-L Bone-Black-HDMIN,00A0,Texas Instrument,BB-BONELT-HDMIN so that means HDMIN is not disabled (does it even need to be disabled?) also when i plug my monitor into the BBB i can see that it boots and also the homescreen so it may not be disabled? appreciate the help and effort -- website: http://www.machinekit.io blog: http://blog.machinekit.io github: https://github.com/machinekit --- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Machinekit" group.
