Hello,

In going through the code for hal_temp_bbb.py there are default settings
for the function of the ADD in lines 169 - 174 that specifiy:

n = Hal component name
i = ADC update interval (default = 0.05)
c = Number of channels
f = filter size (default = 10)
b = Type of cape used.

These are then called

loadusr -Wn Therm hal_temp_bbb -n Therm -c
04:epcos_B57560G1104,05:epcos_B57560G1104 -b CRAMPS

But there is no setting for either *i* or *f*. This was not present in the
old readtemp.py

So, can these default settings cause a problem in the ADC that causes it to
hang or lockup if you go with the default distribution ?

What do others do who happen to use the CRAMPS board ?

Any takers ?
