I am writing an RT component that depends on an external library external.so.
What has worked for me is to generate C code with instcomp --preprocess mycomp.icomp Create a custom makefile that looks like: obj-m += mycomp.o include /usr/share/linuxcnc/Makefile.modinc LDFLAGS = -lexternal then execute make, and sudo cp the resulting mycomp.so file to /usr/lib/linuxcnc/posix/mycomp.so Is there a cleaner way to tell instcomp to link with external.so and thus be able to take advantage of instcomp --compile and --install switches as well? -- website: http://www.machinekit.io blog: http://blog.machinekit.io github: https://github.com/machinekit --- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Machinekit" group.
