yes i was using config-pin for setting the pin manually. Changing every 
other pin in the setup.sh script does something but not on this pin. as far 
as i know i was connecting the switch to P9.29 and a 3.3 or 5v source (are 
you sure about connecting a switch to p9.29 and ground?)
