There appears to be some problem with the server Whilst http appears OK, a direct ping of the url or the deb.machinekit.io comes back as `Unreachable` You can download the packages directly via http and install with dpkg for now, or wait for it to be fixed. Will need to contact the server owner, who may not be about at present.
