ManageIQ is the upstream to RedHat CloudForms and is a very good solution if 
you have the interfaces for it.

I always considered it a “manager of managers” rather than an system 
description/configuration tool (it does that at the cloud/infrastructure layer 
but I don’t think it goes all the way down to the os but integrates with other 
products that do such as satellite/katello etc).

I’ve not come across a customer that has it that doesn’t love it yet.
