I've been having a strange problem lately. In the middle of writing an email
my entire machine will freeze up and can only be brought back to life by
being turned off and then on again (or the old paperclip-method).

I've been trying to track down what could be the cause of it and I haven't
been able to pinpoint anything. The thing is, it always happens with either
E'rage or IE running. I wonder if I should rub the Internet First Run-app.
(IE5) but I'm not sure how that'll fit with E'rage SR1.

I've rebuilt the desktop using both TTP3 and DiskWarrior, I've looked for
damage in directories, I've zapped P-Ram, installed fresh System Resources
(Finder, System et al), used backed up prefs for the two apps but still no
luck.

I do have one suspicion though that I'm not sure about. I recently installed
extra RAM. I went from 32+64 to 64+128. I love it, but could it be a bad
RAM-stick that's doing this?

I'd appreciate any comment. Here are my specs:
Imac rev B, 233 mhz
OS9.1
Office 2001 SR1
192 MB Ram
Need anything else?

TIA for anything
Carsten
