Explorer 5.1 prefs?

Where does IE 5.1 store its preferences?  I want to make sure I'm starting
with a "fresh" set with the new install.  I found a
com.microsoft.explorer.plist, but this doesn't seem to have anything in it
as far as browser prefs go.
