Netscape uses a file called "MagicCookie" to save such cookies. This file
should be in your system folder (Preferences:Netscape Users:MagicCookie).
With Netscape you cannot view or remove cookies very comfortably. Open the
cookies file in a text editor, or use a utility such as CookieCruncher, to
edit the entries. Or ... use Internet Explorer where you can do that via the
prefs panel :-)
