I've had a few instances where launching IE5 in Classic would launch its
first time run shtick though it's been used on a regular basis before. I
suspect this happens after being used in actual OS9, and then launching
in classic.
The funny thing, it will sometimes repeat its first run ad-infinitum,
until I finally let it go through booted in OS9. I recall seeing
something this odd also with Office components. Sorry I don't have the
time for extensive testing.
