This bug whereby MacIE doesn't display a vertical scrollbar on pages
like this:

... when will it get fixed? It seriously sabotages site functionality
and has been a problem since MacIE 5.0 has been out. There's clearly
more content further down the page, but the scrollbar doesn't appear
until I resize the window or hit command-L. I've only seen this happen
on pure CSSP pages.
Equally frustrating is the opposite -- MacIE rendering horizontal
scrollbars when there is no reason to, as documented here:
