Two workarounds for this while the bug is being fixed:
[1] Store CSS definitions inline in the <head> tag during development
- or -
[1] Open a secondary window that displays the contents of the external
CSS file. When you make changes to the CSS definitions, reload the CSS
file first, then reload the calling page. The page should reflect the
changes in the definitions.
