Hello one
and all. I have received a request from Jane (she is without a computer) to
ask everyone's assistance. She has discovered that there is a Celtic Cross
called MacLean's Cross on the island of Iona on Scotland's west coast and
she is looking for any information or history about that particular cross. I
have pulled it up on the internet and it is linked to St. Columba, who
arrived on Iona from Ireland. The cross is a symbol to others that they have
nearly arrived in Scotland, but that's all I could find out. Could some of
you computer experts that have a little time on your hands help us out??? I
told Jane that I would print and forward any information for her. She is
looking at the MacLean Cross and it's history possibly for Owen's headstone,
so all help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Love K.
