Wish I could have been there to see that.. So many
times I have had to bite my tongue due to poor service. Getting old and cranky I
guess. Ha.

This is from a friend of mine, it happened to him
today at lunchtime.
So I'm in line at Harveys today.
I was going to go in the drive-thru but there were like 10 cars in line so I
just gave up and went inside. Theres one guy in front of me, this guy in a
suit. He gets his turn and walks up. The cashier girl is talking to one of
the other girls that makes the burgers, about some guy or something,
gossiping. The guy waits for about 15 seconds, then says, "excuse me. can
you take my order please?" The cashier girl holds up her hand and says "just
a minute" and keeps on talking to her friend. The guy looked like he was
going to pop. He walks away from the counter and around the corner, I
thought he had left the place. Next thing I know he's come through the side
employee door and is behind the counter. The girls have now shut up and are
looking at him like he's gonna rob the place or something. He looks at the
girls and says "do you know who I am?" The cashier girl shakes her head. He
says, "go home. You're both fired." He then walks up to the cash register,
looks at me and explains, "this is my restaurant. Can I take your
order?"
