Right Scott. Those pictures were too neat to be correct. There were too many unanswered questions with respect to the circumstances of those pictures. For example: The real shuttle was in the process of reentry in daylight at an altitude of approx. 60 miles and speed of 12 500 mph. The nose would have been pitched up to 30 degrees and there would have been a ball of fire around all the leading edges caused by friction from the atmosphere. There would have been a contrail behind the shuttle. The scenery below does not show the pacific ocean over which the shuttle was passing and in order for a satellite to have taken those pictures it would have to have been flying parallel with the shuttle of in an orbit of approx. 60 miles roughly 360 000 feet above the earth. This is impossible because in order to obtain orbit the satellite must reach a velocity of 17 500  mph and an altitude of at least 150 miles above the earth in order to escape the earths atmosphere or it would burn up just like a meteorite. Someone had a great imagination. Ha. John
