Hi, I am considering buying an Allied Telesyn AR320 router for use at work with an Etherloop (aka DSL connection).
We don't use NAT, all machines have public addresses and we don't use DHCP, all addresses are manually assigned, approximately 100 computers will be going thru the router, mostly Macs. Dependability, performance and support are prime considerations. Configurable firewall, with good logging, is of critical importance. Opinions and stories, good and bad, with either that router or the company would be greatly appreciated, as would be suggestions for an alternate solution, aka plan B.
